HOW DO THE BONUS DRAWINGS WORK?
Four weeks of excitement will begin November 21st with the first Weekly Bonus Drawing. Any tickets purchased from the first day of sales up to
the time of each bonus drawing will automatically be entered to win 1 of 2 ten thousand dollar ($10,000) prizes awarded at that drawing. Tickets
carry over throughout the drawing process, so the earlier you purchase your ticket, the more chances you have to win!
HOW WILL THE WINNING RAFFLE TICKETS BE SELECTED?
The North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) is very serious about the security and integrity of our games. The winning numbers will be
selected by a computerized random number generator. The random number generator software has been certified using widely accepted
statistical analysis formulas by Gaming Laboratories International, an outside gaming device and systems testing laboratory. As with all NCEL
drawings, representatives of the NCEL's Security Department and an external auditor will be present to conduct and certify the drawing.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY WINNINGS?
Prizes of $100 can be claimed at your local lottery retailer. Prizes from $1,000 to $10,000 can be claimed at any NCEL Regional Claim Center.
Prizes $100,000 and greater must be claimed in person at NCEL Headquarters.
GAME INFORMATION
1. Tickets are $20 each.
2. Tickets will automatically print from the terminal with unique
Entry Numbers issued in sequential order as they are sold around
the state. Players who purchase multiple tickets might not receive sequentially numbered tickets.
3. Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) Merry Millionaire Raffle tickets
will be available for sale for a limited time. No additional tickets will
be available for purchase when all 500,000 tickets are sold. |

4. There will be a total of four (4) Weekly Bonus Drawings and one
(1) Final Grand prize drawing. (Drawing dates are subject to
change).
5. All tickets sold prior to a drawing are automatically entered in that
drawing, including those selected as winners in the weekly bonus
drawings.
6. Final drawing odds of winning will vary based on the number of
tickets sold. Bonus drawing odds of winning will vary based on
the number of tickets sold at the close of sales for each drawing.
7. Each Merry Millionaire Raffle ticket will contain only one (1) Entry
Number made up of six (6) digits. Players cannot select their own
Entry Number, it will be computer generated.
8. Merry Millionaire Raffle tickets cannot be cancelled.
9. Prize claims on Merry Millionaire Raffle tickets are subject to
validation rules of the NCEL.
10. Players must retain their original Merry Millionaire Raffle ticket or
Exchange ticket to claim any prizes won. To win, players must
match their number exactly to the numbers drawn.
11. The purchaser of a Merry Millionaire Raffle ticket shall be solely
responsible for verifying accuracy, legibility and condition of the
data printed on their ticket at the time of purchase.
12. Prizes must be claimed within 180 calendar days of each drawing.
13. For all drawings, tickets purchased up until 2:00am (close of
sales) are eligible for that day’s drawing.
